1. Our Commitment

At Fusibles LLC, we take pride in delivering premium-quality interlining fabrics and accessories.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy and transparent return and refund options.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • Your item was purchased directly from our website [www.fusibles.ae] or an authorized INFUSE distributor.

  • The item is unused, uncut, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • You can provide a valid order number or invoice.

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Cut-length fabrics or custom-sized interlining rolls

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items

  • Sample swatches provided free of charge

  • Products that have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery

4. Return Process

  1. Submit Request:
    Email info@fusibles.ae within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return (with images, if applicable).

  2. Approval:
    Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • For approved returns within the UAE, we will arrange a pickup or provide the return address.

    • For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Confirmation:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified about the refund or replacement status.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).

  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If a replacement product is preferred, it will be shipped once the return has been approved.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately at info@fusibles.ae with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel, email info@fusibles.ae with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” and include your order number.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider (processing times may vary).
