Shipping & Return Policy

At Fusibles Textile & Garments Trading (S.P.S - L.L.C), we are committed to ensuring that your interlining and textile supplies are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Shipping Coverage 

Free Delivery in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman:
We offer free shipping on all orders, with a minimum purchase of 100 AED requirement, within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.  

International Shipping & Customs

For deliveries in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Iran, Egypt, Jordan, India, and South Africa), customers are responsible for:

  • Paying all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Arranging their own import clearances as required by their local authorities. 
  • Informing us of their preferred shipping method or logistics partner prior to dispatch. 
  • We will coordinate accordingly to ensure a smooth handover of goods for international shipment. 
  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@fusibles.ae for assistance with delivery arrangements

Bulk or Wholesale Orders: Larger or repeat purchases may qualify for free or discounted shipping. Kindly reach out to us at info@fusibles.ae for a custom shipping quote tailored to your order volume.

 2. Order Processing & Tracking

 All orders are processed after payment confirmation within:

  • 1–2 business days for deliveries within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman
  • 3–4 business days for other Emirates, Gulf countries, and other international destinations

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

3. Returns & Exchanges Products

  • No Returns Accepted:
    Due to the nature of textile and interlining materials, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • No Exchanges Permitted:
    We do not allow exchanges for any product once it has been sold and delivered. Customers are therefore advised to review specifications carefully before placing an order.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products:
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to us at info@fusibles.ae within 7 days of delivery along with your order details and product images. After review, we will issue a credit note equal to the product value, which can be used within the next 3 months on future purchases from Fusibles Textile & Garments Trading (S.P.S - L.L.C).
