All descriptions, images, and specifications of our interlining products are provided for general information. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all details (such as color, texture, or dimensions) will match exactly due to manufacturing variations or screen differences. Availability of products may vary by region. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. You can use the currency converter to see the cost of products in your local currency.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed via our authorized payment gateways. Pricing is displayed in the relevant currency and may be subject to taxes, duties, or shipping charges.

Payment must be made through approved methods as listed on the Website. Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Your Membership Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Fusibles.ae and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. 

6. Product Availability

The products are offered within the limits of available stocks, it being specified that www.fusibles.ae does its best to ensure that the majority of products are always available. 

In the event that a particular item is no longer available, customer can send an inquiry at info@fusibles.ae stating the required quantity and the urgency needed. Then, we can arrange to import the item for you. 

The availability of articles is updated as regularly as possible. However, especially for items with limited stocks, despite our vigilance, glitches may occur between the time the customer places the order and the time it has been confirmed or paid, resulting in possible discrepancies between the item being available or sold out. 

7. Disclaimers / Limitations of Liability

We provide information on site for the convenience of visitors. While we strive to ensure accuracy and timeliness, the site may contain unintentional technical errors, factual inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes. We reserve the right to update or correct content at any time without prior notice.

Products described on the website may not be available in all regions. We do not guarantee that the information is appropriate for every jurisdiction or that the listed products will be offered for purchase in all locations.

8. Order Cancellation 

You may cancel your order within 5 hours or prior to shipping, whichever is earlier, for any reason.

Our Cancellation. We may cancel your order(s) if:

• you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
• you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
• you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We provide delivery across the GCC, India, and South Africa through trusted logistics partners.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock availability.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation with your order details once shipped.

10. Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Due to the nature of textile and interlining materials, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

We do not allow exchanges for any product once it has been sold and delivered. Customers are therefore advised to review specifications carefully before placing an order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please reach out to us at info@fusibles.ae within 7 days of delivery along with your order details and product images. After review, we will issue a credit note equal to the product value, which can be used within the next 3 months on future purchases from Fusibles Textile & Garments Trading (S.P.S - L.L.C).

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product names, logos, images, and text appearing on this Site are the intellectual property of Fusibles Textile & Garments Trading (S.P.S - L.L.C) and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Fusibles Textile & Garments Trading (S.P.S - L.L.C) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of our website or products
• Delays in delivery
• Technical or communication errors beyond our control
• Our total liability shall not exceed than half of total amount paid for the product(s) in question.

We may make codes, programs, and other offers available to some or all users. We reserve the right to make changes to and/or cancel any codes, programs and other offers in our sole discretion, in each case as permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajman, UAE.

17. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute informally. This includes at least one phone or video call between you and us.

To begin this process, you must email us at info@fusibles.ae with details of the dispute, the basis of your claim, and the resolution you seek. We will work with you to resolve the issue within 90 days of receiving your notice. We may have a lawyer present during discussions.

If the matter remains unresolved after 90 days (or an agreed extension), either party may begin arbitration. The 90-day informal resolution period is a required step before arbitration. Any applicable filing deadlines or statutes of limitation will be paused during this period. A court may enforce this requirement if necessary.

18. Changes to These Terms

 We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The revised version will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
